Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

  • Business Deliveries: Normal delivery times are from 9am to 5pm daily.

  • Residence, Hotel, or Hospital Deliveries: Deliveries are made until 6pm.

  • High School Deliveries (Administrative or Staff Personnel Only): Orders are delivered by 2pm.

  • Major Holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day): Extended delivery hours from 8am to 8pm.

Specific Times

We cannot guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you may request a preferred time frame in the special instruction box when placing your order, and we will strive to accommodate your request.

Funeral Homes

Orders for funeral homes are our top priority. If ordered too late for a service, we will notify you promptly to allow alternative arrangements. We will verify the viewing time with the funeral home and make delivery arrangements accordingly. If necessary, orders can be scheduled for a later date if the viewing is on a Monday.

Schools

Schools do not accept deliveries for students, but gifts for administrative or staff personnel can be delivered to most schools.

Weekend Delivery Policy

If Sunday delivery is not possible, we will attempt Saturday delivery. If neither day is available, the order will be scheduled for Monday, with prior notification to the customer for Birthday or Anniversary gifts.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. Boxes.

If No One is Home

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the gift in a secure location or with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

There is a fee to redeliver orders if the initial address provided was incorrect. Posh Luxe Blooms is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Canceling an Order

Orders already in process, en route, or delivered cannot be canceled or changed due to their urgent nature.

Recipient May be Contacted

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm their availability for delivery.

Request to Leave Item(s) at Door

Customers assume all liability for requests to leave arrangements unattended. We discourage such instructions, as Posh Luxe Blooms is not responsible for missing or damaged products due to this request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery

If a recipient refuses a delivery, the sender is responsible for the full cost of the gift.

Card Messages

The message entered in the Card Message field will be sent with the gift. No billing information is included with the order.
